Hire Rates

All prices quoted are plus VAT charged at the standard rate

If you wish to use a caterer other than Touch of Taste, Create, Payal, or Greenleaf, there would be an additional fee of £750 + VAT to do so. All non-preferred caterers must get prior agreement to cater at The Garden Room and carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documents.

If your event is longer than 6 hours, the security and car park marshal bookings will need to be extended and will be charged per hour per marshal.

Please note that the above prices are for The Garden Room only and access to other areas of Syon Park may be subject to additional charges.

The venue hire includes the following:

• Exclusive facility & ground hire from 10h00 - 24h00 (23h00 on Sundays)
• Venue manager
• Technician
• Security and car park marshals based on a 6 hour event (additional hours will be charged for)
• Existing lighting - pin spots for dining tables, disco and atmospheric lighting
• PA system for speeches and disco
• Designated dance floor area
• Use of existing kitchen facilities
• Luxury WC's
• 600 chairs, 60 5ft dining tables, reception seating & tables, garden furniture
• Existing power requirements
• Ample private car parking
